in the following pages you will find some of our menu proposals, specially prepared by our chef to introduce the type of cuisine and service that you will find when choosing to spend with us your wedding day.

Our dishes will capture your senses for their originality and taste. They feature a perfect blend between local savours and a refined and modern cuisine. The combination of different ingredients makes any proposal a real encounter between tradition and innovation.

Our "Gazebo" menus are "seasonal" in that they follow the tastes and flavors of the current season and yet we strive to always offer unique dishes for all seasons. Our Chef will always be delighted to give you his advice on the right choice.

To match such important meals we cannot forget wines.
Our restaurant cellar is well stocked with local DOCG labels and a large selection of more important red wines such as the famous "Brunello di Montalcino" or "Sassicaia" from the heart of Tuscany.
However, we cater wines from different regions of Italy, along with French and American wines.

The dining hall manager will gladly suggest the right wine to fully enjoy your meal.

Notes for all menus:
Welcome drink, basic floral decoration, background music (music cd) and printing of the menus are a tribute to the spouse and are offered at no charge.
Drinks with the local wine and wedding cake are included in the base cost whereas other choices of wine and food pairing as well as different types of wedding cake are subject to extra charges.

Upon confirmation of your selection of services, a down payment of 30% of total will be requested.
Please note that all costs are inclusive of VAT.
